When I was much younger, one of my favorite things to do was write letters. I loved going to the mailbox and having five or six personal messages from friends around the world.
I don’t believe in the excuse that people are too busy to sit down and write out a simple handwritten note. Especially when it does not take very long and postcards are plentiful or you can make your own. I once participated in a fabric postcard exchange. It was awesome seeing some of the most amazing artwork appear in my mailbox for weeks.
I say all of that to say I would like to get back to writing personal messages and I can think of no better way than sending out some mail love. I would like to thank Heather Champ and Karen Walrond for reminding me how great it is to do these kinds of projects. Join me if you like. You will not regret it.
Sign up here to be included on my mailing list. Once I reach 141 people, I am going to close this project. I do have some other ideas brewing for mail love project next year. This is going to be fun!

I love this idea!
So glad you do! I am going to enjoy touching base with people during the year. Hope you signed up!
This is so awesome!!! HOw in the world did you set up that form???
I used Google Docs to create a form, Adrienne. Easiest way to collect data and keep track of who is signing up for the postcards.
I love this! My daughter’s teacher is doing something like this for her class. They are trying to get postcards from all 50 states.
Now, I have my own grown-up postcard group.
I totes signed up. TOTES. Brilliant and lovely.
Thank you, my friend. So glad you signed up. I am going to have fun with this.
