Disclosure: I am a member of the Revolt Bloggers and was given a free membership to Revolt Fitness. All opinions are my own.
Sunday starts week 4 of the Revolt Fitness program for me and I am happy with my progress so far. It is a good thing I am not going by the scale only, because according to it, I have gained a pound and a half this past week, but my other measurements say I am losing fat and gaining muscle. My plans for week 4 are to step up my workouts, eat clean every day and drink lots and lots of water.
I do have some exciting news to share. If you are interested in giving the Revolt Fitness, I have good news for you. Monday, they are launching, for free, the Revolt Fitness program">1 Week Kickstart. You will have access to a 50 page guide, 1 week of videos, 1 week of workout (3 levels) and 1 week of meal plan (6 cal levels). This is a great way to see what the Revolt Fitness program is all about. If you like it, I encourage you to join me for the June 3rd Uprising. Each Uprising is six weeks long and we have a very supportive and dedicated group of Revolters to encourage you on the journey. I would love to put a team together to join me for the June 3rd Uprising. If you are interested, let me know in the comments below and sign up here! The cost is $10 a month, $27 for three months access or $50 for annual access.
It would be great to have you!

Wish there wasn’t so many pages on their web site that were nothing but “Coming soon”. I was curious if the program would work for those of us with (much) more than 20 pounds to lose, but had trouble finding much information on their site.
Unfortunately, they had a problem three weeks ago with their website developer and he locked them out of their original site. They had established the relationships with the bloggers and were ready to roll out when the developer did what he did. Basically, he held them hostage and they had to start a new site on their own. They have been working hard to get things up and running.
Anyway, yes, the program does work for people who have more than 20 lbs. to lose. I am shooting for losing close to 40lbs.
I have stuck with my work out’s and been happier since I stopped looking at the scale! You can tell how well your doing just by your energy and the fit of your clothes!
Keep up the great work - I will have to look into this program, it sounds pretty affordable. Thanks for sharing.
Krissy, I make myself workout even when I don’t feel like it. I always feel better when I do and you are right about not paying attention to the scale. Many of the participants are gaining muscle which is heavier than fat. I will take that any day!
You go girl!!
Workouts are not for me {Unless it’s the workout I get professionally organizing someone’s home}.
I did drop 13 pounds by giving up Coca Cola!

I hear that giving up soda is huge for a lot of people. I am not much of a soda drinker. And, I make myself exercise. There are days I simply don’t feel like it, but I like the results more than not.
